At this time we do not have in house financing in place, but we DO have some outside financing options available if you find that option to be necessary. We have tried several different companies in the past, and most have proven to be a challenging and truly exploitive experience for our customers, but the company that we are currently working with makes financing one of our cars relatively easy - although you will pay more interest than if your credit will allow you to get a loan through your bank or credit union. We can also make you a much better "deal" if you're able to secure funding yourself and essentially pay cash for your car. Talk to Mike about the financing option and see what will work best for your situation!

We don't officially have weekend hours, but, we are typically open on Saturdays seasonally From January through March. Please call to confirm our hours. We occasionally also meet with customers before or after normal hours by appointment. Please contact us directly to set up a time that will work for you. We are open late on Wednesdays until 6;00 for sales only.

No. Technically, our vehicles do not come with a warranty. We have found that the "warranties" offered by many used car dealers on older, higher mileage vehicles are....less than legitimate. Most are more of an "increase the cost of the car enough cover anything we missed" warranty. They are usually only good for 30 days or so, and many are simply a 50/50 arrangement where they bump the repair cost so that you pay all and they pay none! We've chosen to avoid this gray area and simply sell a good vehicle and keep the prices low!

At Genuine Automotive, we make every effort to correct any reasonable issues that we are aware of with our vehicles. All safety and dependability areas are taken very seriously and addressed before the vehicle is offered for sale. Minor items may exist, and we strive to disclose any issues that we are aware of, but, these are used cars and we cannot always forsee every potential problem. For this reason, all of our cars are eligible for, and we do recommend purchasing, A Service Contract to assist if a problem should occur.

The basic Service Contract is a policy that can be purchased at a reasonable price, on nearly any vehicle on our lot. It is primarily designed to help cover unforseen major breakdown issues. It comes in a wide variety of coverage and price options. Many of our vehicles come with the basic plan already figured into the cost of the car! Ask Mike for details about coverage on the vehicle you are considering.

The service contract does NOT cover routine maintenance like brakes, tune up work, tire rotations, oil changes, etc. But we Do help you in this area. When you purchase a car from Genuine Automotive, we offer you a discount on work performed in our shop, on repairs that are not covered by the service contract. There are some limitations to this offer as well, (full price services only, it cannot be applied to tire sales or diagnostic charges, maximum $100 discount, cannot be combined with any other discounts) ask Dwayne if you have questions on a needed service, we'd love to be your repair shop!
